My name is Kim Garmany. I am a highly qualified teacher based on the standards set by NCLB. I graduated from Sardis High School in 1995. I received my Associates degree from Snead State Community College in 1997. From there, I attended Jacksonville State University where I obtained a B.S. Degree in Elementary Education. I received my Master's degree from the University of Alabama in 2004.
I began teaching at Carlisle in August of 2000. I have always taught Kindergarten. I love to see the progress that children achieve throughout the school year. I believe that Kindergarten is the foundation for life learning.
My husband Jason and I live in the Shady Grove area with our son Carson and daughter Abby. When I'm not spending time with my family, I enjoy camping and watching Alabama football.
